As a Regional User, you can apply for a permit directly that does not require a club attachment, payment or County approval. Please note you can only apply for county permit for your own Region.
To create a permit, login to the AAI membership portal, click on Regional Management or select Regional User from the Welcome dropdown menu.
Click on Permit Management and then Regional Permit Application.
You will be required to fill in the permit date and venue information as required.
There is no payment required for Regional permits.
For Cross Country and Track & Field events, only the date and venue of the event are requirement to be submitted to the Athletics Ireland Membership Portal.
For Road Races, Permit and Registration is required through the Athletics Ireland Membership Platform. Once the road race permit is submitted a draft Registration page will be created automatically in Eventmaster. A member of the Eventmaster team will reach out to you directly and customise the registration page for you before going live.
